| The first Mid-Atlantic Asian Products Distribution
Outlet Center, MAAPDOC in short, Being built in
the state of Maryland, where its centralized location
at the very core, midpoint, epicenter of New York-Washington
D.C. Corridor plays host to the busiest daily traffic
volume with over 60 million tourists traveling between
the two great metropolis's each year. This unique
position as a trade hub for products made in Asia
would eventually bring in not only capital, know-how,
goods and services, personnel, local construction,
but also a great and dynamic project that would
create tens of thousands of local employment opportunities,
generating tax revenues for government at all levels. |

MAAPDOC LLC is primarily a:
1. Real Estate Developer
MAAPDOC will build and develop a multinational product
distribution center in the seat of Cecil County and
sell the property to Asian manufacturers and/or business
owners. This Center will function as our Asian participant
overseas corporate headquarters and a base to develop
its own brand identities, expand distribution, conduct
marketing and build sales channels.
2. Trade Facilitator
Our tasks are to assist our participants to launch their
product entries into the U.S. market while sparing them
all the technical and bureaucratic details. This Mall
of Asia eventually will become a “Trade Hub”
along the eastern seaboard where products made in Asian
countries may be imported in large quantities, marketed
in tune with brand identities created by U.S. marketing/advertising
agencies and sold through its own distribution network
and sales channels developed by local marketers without
the aid of additional middlemen.
3. Tourism Promoter
Visitors/tourists/motorists along Interstate 95 mean
shoppers. We can create a new tourist destination landmark
out of I-95 Mall of Asia in Maryland, with Oriental
gardens, gigantic green houses with exotic flowers from
Asia-Pacific islands, pavilions where people may rest
and recuperate from driving. We will, in the future,
even build theme parks for family outings.
Operational Concepts:
· To help our participants set their overseas
corporate headquarters inside MAAPDOC.
· To exhibit, trade and distribute/wholesale
their quality products manufactured in Asia.
· To make MAAPDOC their distribution and warehousing
centers along the U.S. Eastern seaboard.
· To function as their future transportation
logistics center once the national distribution system
is established.
MAAPDOC – This center will provide services to
most Asian manufacturers as a platform to launch their
products directly into the US market by exposing American
wholesale buyers as well as consumers in general to
these products and marketing opportunities; and to provide
product manufacturers with the opportunity to create,
develop and promote their own brand identity, set up
their own distribution and sales channel and to enhance
market opportunities in the United States.
MAAPDOC, in order to prepare our participating Asian manufacturers,
who are ready to launch their products directly into the US
market, has the grand design to facilitate bilateral trading,
while promoting local tourism that would bring shoppers to
the Mall with its “Six-in-One Package” multifunctional
combination including : All-weather exhibition booths, superior
retail front, automated offices, bonded warehouse inside Foreign
Trade Sub-Zone, reserved and secure private parking as well
as land title with deed for all participating condominium
owners. In addition, MAAPDOC is building its I-95 House of
Asia highway rest stop with restaurants and food court, trade
convention centers, theatre and opera house, oriental gardens
and pavilions in various designs to enhance local tourism
and to attract more shoppers.
